5-axis CNC machining

• SmartCNC 450 is an integrative 5-axis machine tool in compact structure, as it adopts movable beam gantry-type structure and integrates CNC swing rotary table.
• The machine is equipped with a fully-closed fixed linear tool magazine with the capacity of 10 cutters.
• As the bridge structure 4-axis rotary table, it has sufficient space for installing complex fixtures.
• It has scraps-reclaim box. The dust collector can be chosen for nonmetal machining to reclaim scraps automatically.
• The movement parts and the machining area are totally separated to prevent the ball screw and linear guide way from damage by scraps and coolants.
